Ranger The Canoe Trip

What will you be doing?

As a Canoe Trip ranger, you will be responsible for our enthusiastic clients that come to the beautiful Dalsland/Värmland region to enjoy an adventurous canoe holiday. Your main tasks will include:

• • Preparing for almost daily guest arrivals
  • Welcoming guests
  • Giving briefings with explanations about the trip and canoeing
  • Handing out / taking care or materials
  • Organizing activities
  • Solving problems of clients on site
  • Being available to answer guests‘ questions
  • A lot of socializing
  • Performing limited administrative tasks

What kind of person are you?

Are you the perfect ranger? Then you probably have several of the following qualities:

• • You can work well independently
  • Your social battery never runs out
  • You can solve problems independently with ease
  • „Back to basics“ is really your thing
  • You love nature and can inspire others with this passion
  • Besides Dutch, you speak fluent English (French or German is a big plus)
  • You hold a Category B driver’s license
  • Experience in seasonal work is a plus

  Period

  We are looking for people excited to work for 2.5 months. This means you are available from the start of May until mid July or mid July until the end of September 2025. The first Canoe Trippers arrive on May 12th, but a training session will take place beforehand.
